Have you completed an MBO or HBO study in civil engineering or have you just started graduating? Do you already know what you want to do? The world is open to you, everything is possible. That may also make it difficult to choose the right job right away. At Strukton Civiel, we don’t mind at all that you don’t know exactly what suits you. We are happy to go on a journey of discovery with you. Does working in civil engineering appeal to you? Then come and talk to us, and together we will see in which position we can give your career a flying start! We not only offer you a great job, but also immediately give you the support you need for your personal development through our FIT program.

You start this program with other juniors who come from all kinds of departments within Strukton and will last 1.5 to 2 years. In this program you will work on your learning goals. Your self-chosen mentor and your manager will support you in this and teach you the tricks of the trade. In addition, you participate, together with your fellow FIT employees, in practice-oriented cases, project visits, training, team building and drinks. Everyone likes to come, because there is a lot of laughter! At the end of the program, various colleagues hold up a mirror to you with the 360 ​​degree feedback. In short, an environment in which you will enjoy learning a lot.
