• Training content is determined based on an individually created development plan
• Use in different departments, clinics and regions
• Editing of cross-location projects
• independent takeover of projects

Locations

• Germany-wide use, location changes every 6 – 9 months
• a deployment takes place in the company headquarters in Berlin as well as in the Fresenius group headquarters in Bad Homburg

Aim

• Getting to know the operative hospital business (organization and interfaces) and its strategic development
• Working with benchmarks
• Accompanying negotiations and budget discussions
• Gathering initial leadership experience
