Each station of the trainee program presents you with new challenges: For example, you slip into the role of network engineer, innovation manager or project manager. We involve you in our day-to-day business and projects right from the start, so that you can quickly get an idea of ​​the E.DIS group. One thing is clear: we do not have rigid training processes. Together we will draw up a plan that covers your interests and offers space for further development, for example through training or network meetings.
