Summary: As a trainee in Marketing & Sales, we offer you the opportunity to get to know a wide variety of tasks and fields of activity in this area. Within Marketing & Sales, we differentiate between Prescription Medicines (PM) and Consumer Health Care (CHC). In the form of a job rotation, you will go through the areas of product marketing / branding, market research / business analysis as well as internal sales (customer relationship management and key account management) and field service. First and foremost, our trainees will get to know essential marketing and sales-relevant fields of activity and take on responsibility in various functions at an early stage. In addition to a successfully completed master’s or diploma degree in economics with a focus on marketing or a degree in natural sciences with operational experience and knowledge of business administration, you should have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills as well as a very good knowledge of English. Further language skills are an advantage.
