Summary: Our 12-month European program is intended to support and develop high potential graduates from participating European countries, to become solid contributors within a rapidly evolving company.

When you join our team in October, we will help you to integrate into the company, build your network and develop the skills you need for a successful career in Arrow.

You will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either electronic engineering, IT engineering or a business-related discipline depending on the job you apply for, be fluent in English and someone committed and customer oriented.
