Summary: We have created a best-in-class 18 months engineering program to help you reach your full potential. During the first 5 months of the program you will be part of an international group working on rotation in some of the best O-I plants in Europe: our rotational program is designed to prepare you for a successful career as master glassmaker.
During our program you will be presented with challenging and diverse opportunities while being supported through a structured learning and development program, with access to a variety of on-the-job activities, networking and social activities.
