Summary: The Junior Managers Program is a trainee program that prepares highly qualified young professionals in a practical way for future management tasks. The basis for this is an individual program design, a wide range of further training opportunities and an established mentoring by experienced managers from top management. You choose one of nine functional areas in which you want to start your management career. Over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will complete four to six training stations in your functional area – one of them abroad.
