Summary: The Connect Cultures Program is an important component of promoting diversity and interculturalism at the German sites of AUDI AG. As a trainee, you play a key role in this. In the Connect Cultures Program, you will gain a broad overview of the entire company by working in three or four different business units during the 12-month program. This trainee program is aimed specifically at university graduates with an international background from outside Germany and with a foreign origin.
