Summary: During the traineeship you will carry out four individual assignments of six months each. You decide where in the company you do these assignments. This can be in implementation, in a staff department or as the right hand of one of our managers. You can also do your assignments within different divisions; this gives you a good idea of ​​what a large organization like SPIE does. You get a lot of responsibility and independence, you determine your own path.

In addition, in addition to the individual assignments, you will work twice for one year on an organization-wide group assignment together with the other trainees.

our development is central during the traineeship. During the first year of the traineeship, you will follow a uniquely composed training program together with the other trainees in your class. These training courses are aimed at developing personal and professional skills. The first year consists of approximately 10 training days.
