Duration:  18 months

Ultimately, the goal of this program is to let you get to know yourself, Rabobank and the field of data science and advanced analytics a lot better. You’ll work in the same team for the entire duration of the program, as you sink your teeth into complex data issues.

Together, you’ll work on developing algorithms and data models that make our bank stronger and contribute to its solidity. Over the course of the program, you will develop into an independent quantitative professional. Naturally, we’ll make sure to guide and support you throughout the process and you’ll have the opportunity to take courses and training sessions to help you achieve your goals.
